Spotted: Nicky Hilton, having just returned from her Japanese promotional tour with sister Paris, is back in L.A. and is pictured on her way to KOI last week. I love Nicky's bag (Balenciaga perhaps?!) and scarf and how she is trying to go for more of a classic look than we have seen in the past and it's working out pretty well for her.
