I grew up watching E.R. and many seasons never missed an episode. Therefore I would just like to note Maura Tierney (one of my favorite characters on the show when I used to watch) making an appearance at the 300th episode celebration. I mean no one can say 300 episodes isn't an accomplishment. Congratulations ER actors and producers!
