Who's That Boy?

Miss Lohan has a new boyfriend or perhaps boy toy. Riles Giley has a tight grip on Lindsay and is on hand for a shopping trip on Main Street in Park City, Utah and Starbucks stop.

Riles seems alright, but I think we all know Lindsay can do better. Any bets on how long this one is going to last?

Also no comment for Lindsay's outfit. It's a little bland again for my taste and her style.
