Spotted: Lindsay Lohan still out and about in Salt Lake City. Lindsay reportedly purchased four Jessica Simpson shoes from Nordstrom for a $500 value. To avoid the bulk of shoe boxes, Lindsay asked the sales clerk for the shoes just in the bag.
