Spotted: Lindsay Lohan. Double entendre on this one for sure. Firstly note Lindsay's choice of accessories while spending time with newly acquired boyfriend, Riley whom she met in rehab. This outfit works for Lindsay as most usually do. It works particularly well due to the length of her hair and the extremity of the cut and color.
Second part of the entendre: her boyfriend, Riley who has been in trouble with the law, but I mean who hasn't? Rules were meant to be broken right?
As long as Lindsay doesn't break anymore federal laws, she should be good to go for a year or two.
