I thought this would be a good time to fill all you non-L.A.ers (and recently New Yorkers) in on the frozen-yogurt that has become an obsession here in L.A. Pinkberry, located on Huntley Drive just south of Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood has become uuber popular among the affluent. Other than adding ridiculous amounts of traffic to what was once a quiet neighborhood, the frozen-yogurt has been labelled as frozen heroin juice among other things by frequenters.
The L.A. Times describes the yogurt as tangy and stiff, without the overbearing sweetness that screams artificial flavoring. So for all of you in L.A. who haven't made a stop to Pinkberry yet and for any visitors, make sure you know what you are getting yourself into - a seemingly lifelong addiction.
